One of Count Quisling's close friends was recently apprehended in California, which has been a stroke of luck for us. Count Quisling, apparently too involved in his addictions to read the news, contacted him today. We naturally have Mr. Martinez under surveillance and were able to get a great deal of information about Count Quisling's whereabouts that should allow us to capture him soon. Oh, and if you're reading this, Mr. Quisling, we suggest you just turn yourself in. We already have you surrounded, we're just being generous and letting you demonstrate your contrition before we make you demonstrate it.
