Safety first?

At the GNU Public Dictatorship we are nothing if not hopeful about the future, but we tend to wonder about certain individuals' place in the future. Take, for instance, these would-be burglars. Either they were planning to do a lot more than take the ATM, or there were ... um ... certain holes in their plans.
