What are they up to?

At the GNU Public Dictatorship we are nothing if not ubiquitous, but apparently our presence is thinner in certain regions than in others. We have received reports of a strange incident in Jordan, and due to some resource allocation difficulties we won't be able to send an operative there until tonight, so we are asking all of you who might be in the area to please investigate it as much as possible and send us your info.
